Over the past 14 years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of people through exciting explorations as well as life changes that bring about grief and anxiety. I pull from a variety of modalities, including CBT, DBT, MI, and narrative therapy, depending on the focus of therapy and what works best for my clients.
I especially enjoy working with people in the perinatal period (conception through the first year) and queer people.
I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C).
I have a BS in psychology from the University of Georgia and an MA in counseling from Seattle University.
